Clearing cache and cookies often fixes most log in problems on your computer. Every browser and device is a little different, but you can always google how to do it on your browser if none of these options apply to you.
For Safari on iPhones and iPads - go to settings, then click on Safari, then scroll down and click CLEAR HISTORY and WEBSITE DATA. Then go back to Safari and type in lvrj.com in your browser and it should load properly and enable you to log in with your user name and password or the social signins.
For Chrome on desktop, click on the 3 dots in the upper right, then click on MORE TOOLS, then click on clear browsing data, then click ALL TIME for the time range and make sure all 3 boxes showing are checked then click clear data. After it's done, the box will disappear and you can go up to the top and type in lvrj.com and be able to sign in.
For Chrome on phone, click on the 3 dots in the lower right, then scroll across to SETTINGS, then click on PRIVACY and SECURITY, then click on clear browsing data, then click ALL TIME for the time range and make sure all 3 boxes showing are checked then click clear browsing data. Then you can close the box by clicking DONE and type in lvrj.com and log in.
For Firefox, click on the 3 lines in the upper right, then click on settings, then click on privacy and security, then scroll down to cookies & site data, click clear data, make sure the 2 boxes are checked and click CLEAR.
For Edge, click on the 3 dots in the upper right, click on SETTINGS, then click on Privacy and then click on clear browsing data now, change the time range to all time, then make sure all the boxes are checked and click on CLEAR NOW.
For the RJ News app, click on the little head in the upper right, then click on CLEAR DATA. Close the app completely and reopen it and log in.
